During last meeting of bhagidari most of us were hurt by language used by dy.commissioner east.
Last meeting of JAC was held with deputy commissioner east and through minutes of meetings, we were  assured that such a meeting shall be held in DECEMBER 2012. Now almost january 2013 is nearing but no sms or info if meet shall be held and when.
THROUGH these columns i want to make it clear that we take strong exception to false promise.
LAST MEETING OF BHAGIDARI was held in may 2012 and the minutes of meeting ran into fifty six pages.
Keeping in view of these developments, 37 RWAS met at my place in madhuvan and decided to launch poorvi delhi JAC.
KINDLY NOTE this action is in no way to break away from JOINT FRONT.
WITH FOLDED HANDS I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING ALL SOCIAL GROUPS TO COME UNDER ONE BANNER so that agencies governing delhi are made to realise that they are public servants AND NOT PUBLIC MASTERS.
Aready we have held five meetings at various places, like madhuvan, geeta colony, khureji , mayur vihar phase i and phase iii.
We have chosen first sunday of every month to hold such meetings.

Hearing ...chairman public grievances commission new delhi

NEXT date is 2nd august 2010 and MCD,DDA TOP PERSONS HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO ENSURE PRESENCE OF CONCERNED officers to be present along with their report.
Our case is that Madhuvan lay out and set back plan duly approved by DDA INDICATES a perepherial road 15 ft wide. This road has been merged by UNIVERSAL PUBLIC SCHOOL PREET VIHAR IN their school plot.
Houses from 68 to 77 have their back doors opening now inside school. Supplose the house owners start keeping doors open then what will happen.
DDA Had sanctione building plans and completion drawings.
Perpetual sublease documents mention 15ft service road in east of each plot beyond whic is PLOT OF PREET NAGAR CO OPERATIVE HOUSE BUILDING SOCIETY LTD.
Now our hope is that next hearing shall be very important for us.

Can a public road be leased to a private primary school.
Our madhuvan layout and setback plan was sanctioned in 1978. 15 ft service road has not only been shown in layout plan, but IT IS MENTIONED IN EACH PERPETUAL SUBLEASE of plots from house no 68 to 77.
The plots allotted in 1978 and the DOORS OF ALL THESE HOUSES OPEN IN SERVICE ROAD, now merged by UNIVERSAL PUBLIC SCHOOL in their plot.
Even references to commissioner mcd or chief secretary has DELHI ADMINISTRATION could not get information from MCD
NOW SDM PREET VIHAR IS ON RECORD That school and society have different area plans.
SCHOOL CAME IN 1984 and afterward but madhuvan houses were built with approval of DDA much warier and their back doors open now in school.
MCD OFFICERS SHIRKING AND NOT CARRYING OUT SITE INSPECTION and submitting report to CHAIRMAN PUBLIC GRIEVANCES COMISSION.
Already CIC HAS adversely commented against SE BUILDING SDAHDARA south zone.
KINDLY ADVISE WHAT residents should do as this road has been BLOCKED FROM THREE POINTS?

Security of residents and new threats

My friend and senior officer of DESU died about two months ago. His wife is almost blind now and dependent on children.
Mr.Deepak is the only son of Mr.Tauklee and he comes to our home off and on. Yesterday he narrated that...
Some gas agency person, came, took away one empty cylinder and were trying to remove already filled up cylinder when maid came to kitchen.
The thief ran away on cycle and obviously nothing could be done.
I understand, in Nirman Vihar, some persons entered into a house, tied inmates and looted all
what ever they found valuable.
Such instances can be multiplied and there appears to be no solution in site.
Let us collectively think what we could to for security of residents.

How law abiding becomes out laws

Dear Friends, what ever i write, not appearing in blog but is only available in my full profile.But when i sublit after writing, it appears published succesfully.
Perhaps vohra ji would clarify.
Over the recorded history since man started living in clusters, villages,towns and then cities or mega cities, the rules to conduct affairs have been formulated and followed.
When ever there is deviation or lack of will to follow laws of land, it gives birth to dacoits and robin hoods.
House collapse, road grabbing by individuals are not good signs.
Then MCD and DDA indulge in falsehood and wink at gross irregularities.
WHERE WILL the citizens go if EVEN CIC OR CHAIRMAN PGC ORDERS ARE DEFIED.
We cannot escape our responsibilites towards citizens.
Please let have have boldness to act.
