Over the recorded history since man started living in clusters, villages,towns and then cities or mega cities, the rules to conduct affairs have been formulated and followed.
When ever there is deviation or lack of will to follow laws of land, it gives birth to dacoits and robin hoods.
House collapse, road grabbing by individuals are not good signs.
Then MCD and DDA indulge in falsehood and wink at gross irregularities.
WHERE WILL the citizens go if EVEN CIC OR CHAIRMAN PGC ORDERS ARE DEFIED.
We cannot escape our responsibilites towards citizens.
Please let have have boldness to act.
