We may go on blaming or writing or discussing what ails our city, the fact is that most of us avoid hard and harsh options.
Let us go back to 1947.
After influx of persons uprooted and in search of shelter, food and of course lively hood, the population explosion took place and existing drainage,water and bijli suddeny were strained.
The Master Plan was thus the response to mitigate city life inconveniences and shortages.
The population increase or even the accepted calculations on one lac increase basis every year, could not be met. Today is acute shortage of every thing and its cause is our mental lithargy or chalta hai attitude.
We never bothered whether houses or commercial hubs are coming up according to planning norms or not.
Now my friend we are paying price for this. And our complacency will be condemned by coming generation.
Never in almost forty years i had seen a day when FIVE PERSONS WERE ELECTROCUTED IN A SINGLE DAY.
It is high time at least we start a dialogue in between our selves and push our dream projects.
I OFFER MY PLACE FOR HOLDING ANY MEETING AND TO BEAR ONE HUNDRED PERCENT EXPENSES FOR A MONTH for this effort.
If we cannot come togather , then forget about achieving any thing.
NEWS ALREADY APPEARING IN NEWS PAPER and repeated in this blog have a limited use.

Our electrcity shortage is man made affair.
ReplyDeleteBAWANA was to get gas from RELIANCE WHO FAILED TO HONOUR COMMITMENT TO GOVT OF DELHI AND FINALLY GOVT OF INDIA.
RESULT WAS NOT ONLY TO BUY COSTLY POWER AND CHARGE CUSTOMERS ACCORDINGLY.
SECOND FACTOR IS GRID INDISPLINE.
ON MY INSISTENCE IN 1992----1993 NREB WAS COMPELLED TO CONSTITUTE TEAMS SENT TO VARIOUS STATES.
RESULTS PROVED THAT UNDERFREQUENCY RELAYS WERE EITHER NOT PROVIDED OR MADE DISFUNCTIONAL.
